Zusammenfassung

Sensirion AG is seeking a strategic Process Engineering and People Leadership professional to shape module assembly processes from development to mass production. You will define process standards, drive DfM, and establish manufacturing best practices while collaborating with R&D, QA, Supply Chain and production partners.

The role combines team leadership with hands-on process engineering, offering flexibility on work location and a chance to contribute to innovative environmental and flow

Qualifikationen

• Experience in process engineering and working with contract manufacturers and external suppliers.
• Ability to lead teams, navigate complexity and communicate effectively across functions.
• Fluent English with proficient German language skills.
