You will perform encapsulation, quality inspections, training colleagues, and maintain equipment while contributing to CIP initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Technical vocational training or several years of experience in an electrical and mechanical field.
• Strong manual dexterity and technical understanding.
• Practical experience in a production environment.
• Good written and spoken German.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and meticulously.

Aufgaben

• Independently and professionally performing work related to the encapsulation of electronic circuits.
• Conducting quality and self-inspections, as well as verifying previous work steps.
• Training employees and sharing technical knowledge and expertise regarding manufacturing processes.
• Ensuring that the tools and equipment used are in good working order and performing simple maintenance tasks.
• Actively contributing ideas and implementing measures as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP)
