Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineer or Process Engineer, preferably within IC substrate, semiconductor packaging, electronics manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies and Six Sigma tools such as SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, 8D, and 5 Why.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of project management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

To enhance our successful Engineering Plating Team in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate Process Engineer. In your role as a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and sustaining advanced IC substrate manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for ensuring stable, high-yield, and cost-efficient production while supporting new product introductions and technology developments. Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

• Proficient in engineering and data analysis tools such as MS Office, JMP, Minitab, SAP, APC, or comparable software.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, willingness to work in a cleanroom environment, travel internationally, and collaborate within intercultural teams.
