Zusammenfassung

Leister Technologies AG is seeking a Product Manager to strengthen our Industrial Heating / Process Heat business. In this role you will own the product portfolio across its lifecycle, translating market needs into compelling initiatives and collaborating with R&D, Sales, and Marketing.

You will visit customers and partners worldwide (10–20% travel), define requirements, develop the roadmap, and shape our portfolio for long-term success in a global context.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering (HF, FH, ETH or equivalent).
• Several years of experience in product management or an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of markets, applications and technology trends.
• Excellent communication skills, with a confident and persuasive presence.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary and international collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Identify market opportunities and translate them into product initiatives
• Develop the product roadmap and unlock new applications and markets
• Manage the global product portfolio across the entire lifecycle, from idea and development through to launch
• Define and prioritize requirements and coordinate technical and commercial topics
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Business Development and Marketing
• Support international teams and customers with product applications and launches
• Conduct competitive analyses and identify relevant market and technology trends
• Develop compelling product messaging and training materials
• Visit customers, partners and trade shows worldwide (approx. 10–20% travel)
