AT&S in Leoben, Austria, seeks a PMO Manager Corporate Functions to design and implement how project portfolio management operates across the organization.

You will establish governance, ensure transparency, enable reporting, drive AI-enhanced delivery, and coach project managers to apply standards effectively.

Fluency in English is required; German is a strong plus, with regular presence in Leoben and flexible working arrangements.

Formación

At least five years of experience in PMO, project, program, or portfolio management roles.

Responsabilidades

Establish and maintain a reliable portfolio view for your area and resources.
Apply company-wide PM standards: gate reviews, governance needs, justified deviations.
Enable reporting cycle for management prioritization and investment decisions.
Drive adoption of the portfolio management platform as the single source of truth.
Coach project managers to apply standards effectively.
Identify where standards do not fit and propose adjustments.
Introduce AI-supported workflows for reporting, risk detection, and documentation.
Raise risks and dependencies early and maintain delivery discipline.
