AT&S in Leoben, Austria, seeks a PMO Manager Corporate Functions to design and operate the project portfolio function across the organization. You will establish governance, reporting standards and stakeholder relationships to support a fast-growing business.

The role requires strong PMO experience, fluency in English (German a plus) and a track record in adopting AI-assisted project delivery. Regular presence in Leoben with flexible working arrangements is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of PMO/portfolio management experience or equivalent.
• Degree in Business Administration or Finance or related field; PMP/IPMA is a plus.
• Solid command of project governance, controls, prioritization, and transparent resourcing.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain a reliable portfolio view across projects, budgets and resources.
• Apply governance standards, run gate reviews and justify deviations.
• Enable a management reporting cycle for prioritization and investment decisions.
• Drive adoption of the portfolio management platform as the single source of truth.
• Coach project managers to apply standards effectively.
