AutoStore™ is seeking a Partner Sales Operations Specialist to serve as the operational contact for our partners, handling a high volume of requests and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate responses.

You will liaise between partners and internal teams, maintain CRM data integrity, and support sales initiatives with partners, while identifying ways to improve processes and partner experience.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations within a B2B environment.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Ability to diagnose customer requests and propose swift solutions.
• Strong administrative and operational accuracy.
• Structured, process-oriented, with proactive follow-up.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for partner inquiries and day-to-day business needs.
• Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure transparent communication and prompt issue resolution.
• Ensure CRM data is complete and accurate; facilitate information flow and timely responses.
• Work with Partner Sales Managers to support objectives and share programs with partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and the partner experience.
