Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in sales operations, sales support, or an administrative role in a fast-paced IT/tech/consulting environment.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and cross-team coordination abilities.
• Proactive, self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, review, and process sales documentation (proposals, order forms, NDAs, Statements of Work, vendor contracts).
• Manage contract and offer bookings in vendor systems with accurate deal registration.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Support reporting on deals and sales activities for visibility to decision-makers.
• Independently manage end-to-end renewals, including commit and incentive calculations.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of processes.
• Document sales processes and identify automation opportunities to improve operations.
• Coordinate with consulting for handovers from contracts to delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end client onboarding and early-stage client support.
• Support Vendor Partner Program administration, track incentives and certifications.
