AutoStore is seeking a Technical Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of partners and their AutoStore systems in the EMEA region. You will lead technical governance, guidance, and enablement to improve uptime, performance, and customer outcomes.

You will work with partners and internal teams to resolve complex issues, support training and certification, and promote best practices and new product adoption across the AutoStore portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with practical software, networking, mechanical, or electrical installation and configuration environments.
• Experience in automation within industrial environments and an understanding of core AutoStore technology and products.
• Fluency in German and English; willingness to travel across EMEA.

Aufgaben

• Drive Partner Success by serving as the primary technical account contact for AutoStore Partners.
• Monitor performance, KPIs, site health, incidents and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide Technical Advisory and Escalation support for complex software, networking, and hardware challenges.
