AutoStore is seeking a Technical Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of partners and their AutoStore systems in the EMEA region. You will lead technical governance, guidance, and enablement to improve uptime, performance, and customer outcomes.
You will work with partners and internal teams to resolve complex issues, support training and certification, and promote best practices and new product adoption across the AutoStore portfolio.
AutoStore holds a simple yet powerful vision: to store and move things for everyone, everywhere. Founded in Norway, we've grown into a global technology company. AutoStore uses advanced software to automate and orchestrate order fulfillment. Our goal is to ensure orders arrive faster than ever, with minimal environmental impact. That’s how we help brands exceed customer expectations. We have more than 1600 systems in nearly 60 countries, and we grow continuously as a community of employees, partners, customers, suppliers, and connected technologies.
Automation should make life easier, and by listening carefully to our community, we innovate to meet the industry’s most complex needs. With AutoStore, brands gain speed, efficiency, and improved workplaces. And more floor space. AutoStore – moving things forward.
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be part of AutoStore's Technical Accounts team, responsible for the technical governance, advisory, and ongoing success of an assigned portfolio of AutoStore Partners and their End Customers. Acting as the primary technical account contact for your partners, you will help improve system performance, delivery quality, technical capability, and customer outcomes. The role focuses on partner performance, system uptime, proactive issue management, and the long-term success of deployed AutoStore systems. Partner enablement is a core part of the role. You will work closely with partners and internal stakeholders to identify risks, monitor performance, resolve complex technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement across the Partner Network. Enablement activities include conducting technical review meetings, supporting partner training and certification programmes, sharing best practices, developing knowledge resources, analysing operational trends, guiding escalation management, improving installation and service quality, and helping partners adopt new products, features, and technical standards.
This position requires a strong technical background in industrial automation, including software, networking, mechanical, and electrical systems. Practical experience with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting environments will enable you to provide effective technical guidance, support root-cause analysis, and assist partners in resolving technical issues across the AutoStore product portfolio. While the role includes technical problem solving and occasional on-site support, its primary purpose is to provide technical leadership, governance, and enablement that helps partners consistently deliver high-quality AutoStore customer experiences. Partners remain responsible for system delivery and site execution, while the TAM provides expertise, guidance, oversight, and continuous improvement support.
We believe that following a defined and structured recruitment process will ensure that we have a fair and equal process for all candidates.
