Two years of HR experience, knowledge of employment law, strong English, and proficiency in MS Office and HR systems are required. DPW knowledge is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of professional HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and administrative HR processes.
• Substantial experience in recruitment.
• Very good proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge of DPW desirable.
• Very good command of English.
• Structured, precise and independent work approach.
• Strong aptitude for working with figures.

Aufgaben

• Coordinating the recruitment process with the specialist departments.
• Creating job advertisements.
• Reviewing and shortlisting incoming applications.
• Organizing and conducting interviews.
• Ensuring a smooth onboarding process, including drawing up contracts.
• Handling standard HR administrative tasks, such as preparing employment references, certificates and other HR-related documents.
• Maintaining and managing personnel files, master data and HR systems in compliance with data protection regulations and internal guidelines.
• Preparing and analysing HR reports and key performance indicators, including the associated reports.
• Responsible for employee benefits.
• General personnel administration tasks.
