Qualifications

• Degree or vocational training in logistics, supply chain management, e-commerce, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce fulfillment, transport logistics, or an operations environment.
• Strong enthusiasm for digital innovations and modern software systems, with initial project experience in automation and AI tools.
• Analytical with numerical KPI monitoring and structured approach to optimizing logistics costs.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, calm under pressure, and cross-functional across sales, support, and external providers.

As an Orders & Returns Specialist - Focus AI & Process Automation (f/m/d), you will be part of our Fulfillment team, ensuring that our orders reach our customers smoothly. You will handle the efficient processing of returns and B2B Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), while actively driving the future viability of our operational processes through targeted use of automation and AI tools. With your hands-on mentality and analytical approach, you will optimize transport routes and costs, giving you the opportunity to actively shape the future of Nuki.

Your Role .

• You manage smooth order and dispatch processing and guarantee a punctual order flow.
• You coordinate returns management and professionally process B2B RMAs.
• You resolve shipping and return process issues in a targeted manner and advise our support team as a central contact person.
• You proactively identify automation potential, test innovative AI-supported tools, and implement efficient workflows (e.g., for return forecasting or ticket routing).
• You connect our sales team with external shipping partners and ensure seamless communication.
• You reliably represent the transport logistics domain (import, export, and stock transfers).
• You continuously analyze and optimize transport routes and logistics costs to increase efficiency.
• You monitor key shipping performance KPIs and derive targeted process optimizations from them.
• You actively support the logistics team in daily operational business.

Job Requirements .

• You have completed a degree or vocational training in logistics, supply chain management, e-commerce, business administration, or a related field.
• You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce fulfillment, transport logistics, or an operations environment.
• You have a strong enthusiasm for digital innovations and modern software systems, along with initial project experience in automation and AI tools.
• You think analytically, possess strong numerical reasoning for KPI monitoring, and take a structured approach to optimizing logistics costs.
• You work pragmatically, stay calm when facing challenges, and are characterized by a true hands-on mentality.
• You are strong in communication, solution-oriented, and enjoy working cross-functionally at the intersection of sales, support, and external service providers.
• You speak fluent German and possess very good English skills.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,954.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement. Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications and experience. This position is open for applications in Graz.
