As of immediately, we have a full-time or part time position available as a Operation Manager (m/f/d) at the Best Western Hotel Spinnerei Linz.

Job Description

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel and actively participating in daily operations.
• You will serve as the main point of contact for guests, staff, and external partners, and represent the hotel five days a week.
• The cluster director oversees two locations and is therefore not always on site; for the Linz location, you report to her and are under her supervision.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel operations, with a focus on the front office.
• Ensuring quality standards in the reception area.
• Our restaurant is leased to “Da Giulio,” so we are not responsible for food and beverage operations.
• Team Leadership and Scheduling.
• Guest and Complaint Management.

What you bring

• Have completed training in the hospitality or food service industry and/or have a degree in hotel management or business administration.
• You have several years of experience in an operational management role or a comparable position in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent knowledge of POS and PMS systems.
• You are a motivated team player and team lead.
• A strong hands‑on approach and a professional attitude toward meeting guests' needs.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills are required.
