RHI Magnesita N.V. in Leoben, Austria, is seeking an HR Generalist to support production plants in Veitsch and Breitenau with a broad range of HR topics.

The role requires regular weekly presence on site and collaboration with regional HR teams and works councils to drive compliant processes and proactive HR support. You will manage onboarding, data handling, recruitment, and HR projects, partnering with leadership and shop-floor teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of relevant experience across a broad variety of HR topics in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law and experience in works council relations
• Ability to interact confidently with senior leaders, shop-floor employees, and works council
• Team player with a positive mindset and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment

Aufgaben

• Providing on-site HR support for employees and managers across both plants
• Handling operational HR processes including onboarding, employee data management, and compliance
• Collaborating with works council representatives and ensuring compliance with Austrian labor law
• Acting as a trusted partner for leadership teams and employees on all HR-related matters
• Coordinating and executing recruitment activities for specific plant roles
• Possibility of supporting regional and group-wide HR projects (e.g. system implementation, process design, etc.)
