RHI Magnesita is seeking an experienced HR professional to support production plants in Veitsch and Breitenau, with regular presence on site. You will partner with managers and works councils, handle onboarding, HR data, and compliance, and help coordinate recruitment and HR projects across Austrian locations.

You will interact with senior leaders and shop-floor staff, bringing a proactive, collaborative approach to drive HR initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.

• Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law and experience in works council relations.

Jobbeschreibung

Your position

In this role, you will support our production plants in Veitsch and Breitenau across a broad range of HR topics, ensuring regular weekly presence on both sites. As part of an experienced and collaborative P&C team across all Austrian locations, you’ll be working closely with peers to share knowledge and best practices. Acting as a sparring partner for managers, employees, and works councils, you will combine hands‑on operational support with advisory responsibilities and involvement in HR projects. With shifting priorities and change as part of our culture, moving between different clients and topics will quickly become part of your daily routine. If you enjoy teaming up across sites in dynamic situations and know how to keep things moving without losing perspective (or your sense of humor), this role is for you.
