Zusammenfassung

RHI Magnesita is seeking an experienced HR professional to support production plants in Veitsch and Breitenau, with regular presence on site. You will partner with managers and works councils, handle onboarding, HR data, and compliance, and help coordinate recruitment and HR projects across Austrian locations.

You will interact with senior leaders and shop-floor staff, bringing a proactive, collaborative approach to drive HR initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience across a broad variety of HR topics in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law and experience in works council relations.
• Ability to interact confidently with senior leaders, shop-floor employees, and works council.
• Team player with a positive mindset and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Providing on-site HR support for employees and managers across both plants.
• Handling operational HR processes including onboarding, employee data management, and compliance.
• Collaborating with works council representatives and ensuring compliance with Austrian labor law.
• Acting as a trusted partner for leadership teams and employees on all HR-related matters.
• Coordinating and executing recruitment activities for specific plant roles.
• Possibility of supporting regional and group-wide HR projects.
