RHI Magnesita N.V. is seeking an HR Generalist - HRBP and Recruiting Support to join our Leoben site. The role focuses on recruiting and employer branding while supporting our HR Business Partner on broader HR topics across the site and beyond.

This on-site position involves day-to-day recruitment, HR operations, and collaboration with works council and leaders. The candidate should adapt quickly, stay organized, and contribute to regional HR projects.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional HR generalist experience.
• Experience with Austrian labor law and employee relations.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Familiarity with works council processes.

Aufgaben

• Support full-cycle recruiting in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Handle HR operations including onboarding, documentation and compliance.
• Partner with HRBP and leaders on daily HR topics and annual people cycle.
• Collaborate with works council and ensure Austrian labor law compliance.
• Contribute to regional and group-wide HR projects.
