RHI Magnesita N.V. in Leoben, Austria, is seeking an HR Generalist - HRBP and Recruiting Support. Hybrid role with a strong focus on recruiting and employer branding while supporting our HR Business Partner in Leoben.

You will grow to cover a broader range of HR topics and stakeholder partnerships across the site and beyond. You’ll drive full-cycle recruiting with our Talent Acquisition team, manage onboarding, documentation and compliance, and collaborate with works council to ensure Austrian

Qualifikationen

• Several years of HR generalist experience, ideally within a multinational matrix organization.
• Knowledge of Austrian labor law and employee relations.
• Comfortable engaging and communicating with stakeholders across all levels, including works council.
• Team player with a positive mindset and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Support full-cycle recruiting in close collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team.
• Handling HR operational processes such as onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
• Partnering with the HRBP and leaders across levels to support daily HR topics and the annual people cycle.
• Collaborating with works council representatives and ensuring compliance with Austrian labor law.
• Contributing to regional and group-wide HR projects (e.g. system implementation, process design).
