Drees & Sommer is seeking a Construction Manager to lead a complex datacenter project on-site in Kronstorf, Lower Austria. You will coordinate clients, project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality across all phases from construction through commissioning.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services Engineering, Architecture, Process Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or comparable technical qualification.
• Several years of experience in construction management, site supervision, project management, or industrial construction projects.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams and external contractors.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls, and stakeholder management.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Fluent English and good command of German.
• Willingness to work on site in Kronstorf, Lower Austria 4-5 days a week.

• Managing and coordinating construction activities throughout all project phases.
