Responsibilities include leading day-to-day construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, tracking schedules, and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects as a Construction Manager or Site Manager.
• Background on data centre, mission-critical, industrial, or complex infrastructure developments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and project execution.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English; German language skills would be beneficial; EU work eligibility.
