Drees & Sommer is seeking a Construction Manager to lead a complex datacenter project on-site in Kronstorf, Lower Austria. You will coordinate clients, project teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure safety, schedule, cost and quality targets are met.

The role focuses on building services and process automation, with opportunities to contribute across electrical, mechanical, and civil disciplines. A strong engineering background and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services Engineering, Architecture, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Several years of experience in construction management, site supervision, project management, or industrial construction projects.
• Experience with multidisciplinary project teams and external contractors.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls, and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate construction activities across all project phases.
• Monitor schedules, costs, quality, and project performance.
• Lead internal project teams as well as contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery and high quality.
• Organize meetings, prepare reports and client-ready documents.
• Support commissioning, testing and handover activities.
