Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking an Account Executive in Vienna, Austria to acquire new partners, expand the partner base, and sell software solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle with the Sales team, from prospecting to close, and drive annual growth within your designated territory.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with MSP, TSP, and the security industries. 0–10% travel, collaborative culture, and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience with partner sales and selling software solutions.
• Ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Familiarity with MSP, TSP, and security industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage all prospects/partners within the ICP and territory.
• Close sales that meet pricing, margins, and terms standards.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve quarterly targets.
