Zusammenfassung

Wolt is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Specialist to travel to restaurants, onboard them to our products, and enhance their lifecycle experience on our platform.

You will work across sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics to deliver a delightful merchant experience. The role is hybrid, partly remote and partly in-office, with significant travel across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
• 3+ years of operations or project management experience, POS/network devices a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong customer support skills.
• Proactive, able to work cross-functionally.
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel 50% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Interface directly with merchant restaurants to improve their experience.
• Lead installation of hardware products and be the main POC for delivery/assembly.
• Design and execute onboarding plans to create a seamless merchant experience.
• Create and update onboarding and training materials with cross-functional teams.
• Perform hands-on work in-store and train merchant staff on new platforms.
• Install Wolt POS services and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Develop merchant training materials to enhance adoption and usage.
• Learn Wolt software configuration and oversee digital ordering implementation.
• Collaborate with 3PL partners handling deliveries and installations.
• Identify opportunities to improve merchant workflows and increase revenue.
