Wolt Austria GmbH in Vienna 1030 is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Associate to work with Partnership Managers to review merchant documentation, ensure KYC/KYB compliance, and activate merchants on the platform. You will onboard restaurant and retail partners, update menus, coordinate training, and provide day-to-day support while maintaining high service and sales standards.

The role requires German and English language skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in both German and English for communication with partners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.

Aufgaben

• Review and validate merchant documentation (KYC/KYB, contracts, entity records).
• Approve or reject merchant cases with clear justification in internal systems.
• Coordinate onboarding with merchants via phone, text, or other channels.
• Escalate incomplete or high-risk cases per procedures.
• Onboard venues, including contracts, photography, menu, translation, and training.
• Build relationships with restaurant/retail partners and provide system training.
• Ensure high service standards through quality and satisfaction checks.
• Manage equipment inventory.
