Wolt is seeking an Associate Operations Manager for Supply Activation & Acquisition to lead intraday activation strategy, manage a team of 3, and oversee a multi-million euro budget across Central markets. You will own the courier activation function, including job boards, sign-ups, and reactivations, while reporting weekly on UH% and GOV loss to senior leadership.

You will partner with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to scale activation and acquisition across markets and translate data

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record managing complex, data-driven operations across multiple markets.
• Comfortable owning hard KPIs (UH% and GOV loss) and being accountable for the numbers.
• Experience leading and developing a small team (3 direct reports).
• Strong budget ownership experience; able to allocate and defend multi-million euro spend.

Aufgaben

• Own Central’s intraday activation strategy - activation surges, special events management and day-to-day operations to keep courier supply matched to demand hour by hour.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 and own a multi-million euro activation and acquisition budget across Central markets.
• Own Central’s courier acquisition function: job boards, application attainment, reactivation campaigns and sign-ups.
• Own and report on Central’s UH% and GOV loss KPIs weekly, surfacing risks and driving corrective action with senior leadership.
• Plan and execute mobilizer strategies and special events coverage ahead of demand spikes.
• Partner with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to build tools and processes that scale activation and acquisition across markets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for top management on Central’s supply health.
