ams OSRAM's LSP – Light Sensors & Photonics is seeking a technically skilled professional for single process ownership in mechanical wafer processing and related documentation. You will apply SPC, FDC, and drive improvements in a precision production environment.

Prerequisites include an HTL diploma, strong 5S/quality mindset, proactive ownership, and fluency in German and English. Weekend shifts may be required, and a competitive compensation with benefits is offered in Austria.

Aufgaben

• Single process ownership in mechanical wafer processing (backgrinding, bonding, sawing, debonding).
• Maintain process performance using SPC and fault detection & classification.
• Support productivity goals of in-house production.
• (re-) qualification of single processes.
• Maintain related controlled documents (control plan, FMEA, WSP).
• Gain and deepen knowledge of single processes.
• Support single process development.
• Identify and drive single process improvements.
