ams OSRAM is seeking a MWP Process Engineer (d/m/f) for Premstaetten, Austria, with a temporary contract until 31.07.2028. You will own mechanical wafer processes such as backgrinding, bonding, sawing and debonding, and maintain process performance using SPC and FDC methodologies.

The role involves supporting productivity in in-house production, process qualification, and maintaining essential documentation. Proactive ownership and strong German/English communication are required.

Qualifikationen

• Finished education in a technical field (HTL or equivalent).
• Understanding of basic quality requirements (5S, etc.).
• Taking ownership, pro-active and independent work style.
• Ability to work in technical and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent technical & analytical skills.
• Availability for weekend shifts.
• Very good communication skills in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Single process ownership in mechanical wafer processing (backgrinding, bonding, sawing, debonding).
• Maintain single process performance using SPC, FDC, etc.
• Support productivity goals of in-house production.
• (Re-)qualification of single processes.
• Maintain related controlled documents (control plan, FMEA, WSP).
• Gain and further improve in-depth single process knowledge.
• Support single process development and improvements.
