Zusammenfassung

ams OSRAM's LSP unit in Premstätten seeks a technically driven Process Engineer to own the interference filter deposition process, with a focus on sputter deposition. You will apply data-based methods to monitor, control and improve production performance.

Collaborating with Fab, R&D, maintenance and quality, you will transfer new technologies to production, develop single-process knowledge, and drive improvements while maintaining relevant documentation. Fluent German and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• HTL or technical studies in physics/chemistry/process technology or comparable.
• Taking ownership, proactive with a structured approach in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent technical skills: interest in data evaluation (Python, SQLite, etc.), process understanding, spectroscopy, thin film technology.
• Excellent analytic skills.
• Very good communication skills in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Own single process in interference filter deposition with focus on sputter deposition.
• Data-based control, monitoring and improvement of processes using machine data, FDC, SPC, optical measurements, custom script solutions.
• Maintain related controlled documents - e.g., control plan; FMEA, Workstation Procedure (WSP) and general documentation.
• Interface to other technical areas: FAB, R&D, maintenance, line control, Quality, First Level, suppliers.
• Transfer of new technologies to production in collaboration with R&D, process integration and metrology.
• Gain and further improve in-depth single process knowledge.
• Identify and drive single process improvements.

• Single process ownership in the area of interference filter deposition with focus on sputter deposition

• Succesfully completed education (HTL or studies) in a technical field, such as physics, chemistry, process technology or comparable
