Qualifikationen

• Relevant professional experience required, experience in luxury sector desirable.
• Completed commercial training in retail, ideally degree.
• Extensive experience in a similar position with people management.
• Strong communication and professional appearance.

Aufgaben

• Supporting the Store Manager leading a team of about 20 team members.
• Responsibility and ensuring consistent excellent customer service and quality standards.
• Achievement of sales targets and developing measures to increase revenue.
• Reporting all relevant information to Head Office.
• Execution of administrative and accounting duties, and support in planning, organization, and reporting.
• Ensure that the Store image and product care are in line with corporate standards and secure that the team is responsible and committed to maintain these standards.
• Optimization of merchandise and inventory management in cooperation with store and stock management.
