Aufgaben

• Sales Generation: meet sales goals, analyze data and set business strategies, motivate staff, develop sales techniques, maintain product knowledge, lead on-floor selling, identify marketing opportunities, grow local customer base through events.
• Customer service: ensure top service, maintain client communication, manage client database, resolve problems quickly, assist with service issues and returns, manage client events and centre events, empower staff to act in customers' best interests.
• Operations: maintain facility, cash controls, control expenses, schedule staff, process deliveries timely, monitor inventory movement, ensure shrink targets, train staff on registers, support loss prevention, communicate with corporate and offices, proficiency in Word/Excel.
• Merchandising/Visual: implement directives, ensure appropriate assortment, keep selling floor neat, ensure displays reflect visual direction, highlight product concerns, communicate inventory needs.
• Human Resources: recruit/train/develop staff, support training programs, evaluate performance, resolve HR issues, ensure payroll integrity, maintain brand image.
