Qualifikationen

• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Supporting the Store Manager by leading a team of about 20 staff.
• Ensure consistent excellent customer service and uphold quality standards.
• Achieve sales targets and develop measures to increase revenue.
• Report all relevant information to Head Office.
• Execute administrative and accounting duties, and assist in planning and reporting.
• Ensure store image and product care meet corporate standards; supervise merchandise and inventory.
