Maison Margiela seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team and deliver an elevated luxury shopping experience in line with the Maison Margiela brand. You will drive sales, supervise daily operations, and ensure exceptional client service for high-net-worth clientele.

You will report to the Store Manager, recruit and develop staff, and collaborate on CRM-driven clienteling, KPI tracking, and marketing initiatives to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail with leadership experience.
• Experience with luxury clientele and high-touch service.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and retail POS software.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire a store team to deliver elevated luxury service.
• Drive sales performance and manage KPI tracking.
