Golden Goose Group in Austria is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant (Style Maker) to welcome clients into the Golden world, explain heritage, and craft personalized total looks. You will drive client satisfaction through a Golden narrative and exceptional service.

You will support store operations, omnichannel engagement and build enduring relationships with our customers, while upholding brand standards and presenting products with flair.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant luxury retail experience.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in crafting personalized looks and enhancing store performance.
• Provide product insights, upsell and cross-sell effectively.
• Build lasting relationships through omnichannel engagement and updates.
• Maintain store presentation and brand standards.
• Support opening/closing, inventory, GDPR and safety compliance.
• Leverage Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore and Stealth to engage customers.
