Qualifikationen

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant luxury retail experience.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers in crafting personalized looks and enhancing store performance.
• Provide product insights, upsell and cross-sell effectively.
• Build lasting relationships through omnichannel engagement and updates.
• Maintain store presentation and brand standards.
• Support opening/closing, inventory, GDPR and safety compliance.
• Leverage Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore and Stealth to engage customers.
