Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations and participate in omni‑channel selling to drive brand loyalty.

The role emphasizes clienteling, product knowledge, and collaboration, with opportunities for growth within a luxury retail environment and a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile selling tools.
• Comfort with social media and live-stream shopping is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and close sales.
• Maintain energy, manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily store operations and merchandising tasks.
