Coach is seeking an enthusiastic retail professional for its European team in a luxury fashion environment. You will represent the brand, build client relationships through personalized styling, and drive sales with curated recommendations.

You will use POS and clienteling tools, engage on social platforms, and contribute to KPIs while maintaining store operations. Flexibility is required for evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales.
• Strong English communication and client service focus.
• Experience with POS and basic tech tools for sales.
• Familiarity with social selling and live-stream formats is a plus.

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador on the shop floor.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools and social platforms to capture data.
