Qualifikationen

• Professional experience at the reception and/or reservation of the upscale hotel industry.
• Resilience, well organized and structured.
• Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility.
• Very good knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language.
• Good knowledge of the software OPERA and MS Office.
• MARSHA knowledge is an advantage.
• Friendliness, teamwork and flexibility.
• Professional behavior even in stressful situations.
