Rosewood Schloss Fuschl is seeking a Reservations Agent to deliver professional, personalized reservation services and create exceptional first impressions for our guests. You will play a key role in maximizing revenue while ensuring accurate information and a seamless booking experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Reservations, Front Office, or similar guest service role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and guest-focused mindset.

Aufgaben

• Handle guest reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other channels professionally.
• Provide detailed information regarding accommodation, dining, spa, and resort facilities.
• Create, modify, and manage reservations accurately within the property management system.
• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling experiences and services.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Revenue Management, Sales, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
