The Ritz-Carlton Vienna is seeking an Accounting Clerk - Accounts Payable to support our finance team in a luxury five-star environment. You will process incoming invoices, ensure tax and legal compliance, post invoices, and create weekly payment runs.

Ideal candidates have vocational training in hotel or business management, strong numeracy, strong MS Office skills, and ability to work independently with a team. German and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and ability to work accurately with numbers.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Process incoming invoices and ensure compliance with tax and legal requirements.
• Post invoices and assign accounts in the general ledger.
• Create weekly payment runs and handle fixed asset invoices.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and post monthly accruals.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial statement preparation.
• Monitor supplier statements and manage cash flow considerations.
