The Ritz-Carlton Vienna is seeking a Reservations Agent to ensure the best possible service for our international guests. You will handle reservations, communicate with guests by phone, and enter data into MARSHA while upholding luxury standards.

As a Reservation Agent, you and our motivated team ensure the best possible service for our international guests.

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.263,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
