The Ritz-Carlton Vienna is seeking an Accounting Clerk - Accounts Payable to support our finance team in a luxury five-star environment. You will process incoming invoices, ensure tax and legal compliance, post invoices, and create weekly payment runs.

Ideal candidates have vocational training in hotel or business management, strong numeracy, strong MS Office skills, and ability to work independently with a team. German and English proficiency is required.

Accounting Clerk - Accounts Payable

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming invoices
• Checking incoming invoices in accordance with tax and legal requirements
• Account assignment and posting of invoices in accordance with the Uniform System of Accounts
• Creating weekly payment runs
• Processing and payment of fixed asset invoices
• Balance sheet reconciliation of the posted accounts
• Posting monthly accruals
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Monitoring open supplier lists, taking cash flow into account
• Processing incoming correspondence and reminders

Your Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in hotel or business management
• Very good understanding of numbers
• Very good MS-Office knowledge
• Independence and team spirit

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.263,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
