Qualifikationen

• Deep knowledge of luxury travel destinations and services.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication.
• Ability to coordinate complex itineraries across multiple teams.

Aufgaben

• Guest Journey Management: liaise with clients and agents to curate bespoke itineraries.
• Coordinate all aspects of a guest’s stay: transfers, ski instruction, equipment rental, spa, dining, and childcare.
• Ensure itineraries are confirmed and shared with clients on time; respond to questions and requests.
