Le Collectionist (Bramble Ski) seeks a Residence Concierge Assistant for a 48h seasonal contract in Austria to support luxury properties and guests. You will work with the Residence Concierge and resort team to ensure seamless stays, high presentation standards, and proactive service across Bramble Ski and Lagom bookings.

Responsibilities span property management, guest services, stock control, and end-of-stay procedures, with shifts aligned to peak demand and safety guidelines.

Aufgaben

Assist with property operations, inventories, guest books, and damage reports.
Manage check-ins/check-outs, arrivals, and guest requests within defined hours.
Support with housekeeping, hosting, or cooking duties as required.
Engage with guests, offer local information, and coordinate with the Residence Concierge.
Document feedback, damages, and service extras in the CRM system.
