Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist, Le Collectionist’s alpine residence specialist, seeks a seasoned Residence Concierge to lead daily operations for a luxury Alpine residence during the 2026-2027 winter season. You will oversee front-of-house, housekeeping, and presentation while ensuring impeccable guest experiences.

As primary guest contact, you will coordinate in-resort services, manage staff, and uphold Bramble Ski’s high standards in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

This position is a 43,5h contract - starting from 1st of November 2026 to 30th of April 2027.

Role

Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Residence Concierge to lead the daily operations of one of our luxury Alpine residences during the 2025-2026 winter season. As a Residence Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring every element of their stay exceeds expectations. You will lead the front-of-house team and ensure that service, housekeeping, and property presentation are maintained to the highest standard at all times. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational skills, discretion, and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality. You’ll be expected to work alongside your team, support them logistically, and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all guest requests, from arrival through departure
• Deliver personalised and discreet service, anticipating guest needs and preferences
• Coordinate in-resort services (transfers, ski lessons, wellness treatments, restaurant bookings, etc.)
• Manage feedback and resolve issues proactively to ensure total guest satisfaction
• Lead and support the front-of-house and housekeeping team within the residence
• Oversee daily service routines and uphold Bramble Ski’s hospitality standards
• Work closely with the Head Housekeeper and Chef (where applicable) to ensure seamless guest service
• Motivate your team through example, feedback, and active involvement in daily duties
• Ensure the residence is always impeccably presented, guest-ready, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Carry out regular inspections and promptly report or resolve any maintenance or technical issues
• Support the team with logistical tasks such as deliveries, snow clearance coordination, or IT setup
• Manage inventories and contribute to smooth changeover days
• Serve as the link between guests, resort staff, and central management
• Coordinate with the Pre-arrival and in-resort concierge teams for seamless guest handovers
• Ensure smooth internal communication to maintain high levels of service and operational efficiency

Schedules & specificities

Bramble Ski operates in accordance with Austrian labour law and applicable collective agreements. Due to operational requirements, work on Saturdays and Sundays may be required, particularly during high season. Working schedules are organized on a rotating basis and communicated at least one week in advance, in coordination with the wider team. All scheduling complies with Austrian regulations on working time, rest periods, and maximum weekly working hours. Overtime is managed in line with Austrian labour law and applicable collective agreements and is compensated either through time off in lieu or payment, as legally required. All scheduling and compensation practices must remain fully compliant with Austrian labour law, and adjustments will be made where necessary to ensure ongoing compliance.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or concierge roles, ideally in chalets, villas, or boutique hotels
• Confident team leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and guest expectations
• Hands‑on and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• Fluent in English; French or German is a strong asset
• Comfortable with tech tools (scheduling apps, CRM, POS systems)
• Well‑presented, professional, and passionate about mountain life and high-end travel
