Zusammenfassung

Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist seeks a Residence Concierge to lead daily operations of a luxury Alpine residence for the winter season. You will be the primary guest contact, ensuring every element of their stay exceeds expectations, and you will supervise the front‑of‑house and housekeeping teams to maintain the highest standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires discretion, strong operational skills and a passion for mountain hospitality.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years in luxury hospitality or concierge roles.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a strong asset.
• Confident team leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands-on and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with tech tools (scheduling apps, CRM, POS systems).

Aufgaben

• Act as the main point of contact for guest requests from arrival through departure.
• Lead and support the front-of-house and housekeeping teams within the residence.
• Uphold Bramble Ski’s hospitality standards and service routines.
• Coordinate with the Head Housekeeper and Chef to ensure seamless guest service.
• Manage logistics such as deliveries, snow clearance coordination, and IT setup.
• Ensure smooth internal communication between guests, resort staff and central management.
