• Lead in-store sales and achieve KPIs
• Upsell, cross-sell and multi-selling across product categories
• Strengthen customer relations and nurture loyal FENDI customers
• Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments and CRM input
• Maintain inventory accuracy and display standards
