Qualifikationen

• Experience in client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong selling and communication skills are necessary.
• Fluent English and German.

• Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPI.
• Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories.
• Strengthen customer relations and nurture loyal FENDI customer base using CRM tools.
• Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments and customer data input.
