Sunrise is seeking an experienced operations professional to become the operational backbone of our fulfillment organization. You ensure stable day-to-day operations, manage incidents, and drive improvements across internal logistics processes in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Fluent in German and English, a degree in logistics, and hands-on SAP/ERP experience help you coordinate with internal teams and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in operations management, incident management, or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and service management, including SAP/ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily operational issues and incidents across the fulfillment organization.
• Coordinate resolution activities between internal stakeholders, external specialists, and logistics partners.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Improve and automate operational processes and workflows.
• Monitor operational performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain operational procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Support business continuity and operational stability initiatives.
