PALFINGER is seeking a Team Lead SAP Operations Applications to steer a dedicated team of experts, ensuring stable SAP operations and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with stakeholders, PDO, and external partners to align releases and optimize service quality.

The role requires leadership experience in SAP environments, strong logistics module knowledge, and a proactive, analytical mindset to drive efficiency and innovation across the global SAP Operations landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with relevant experience.
• Several years of experience in SAP application management or SAP Operations, including initial leadership or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP logistics modules such as MM, PP, WM/EWM, or related operations-focused solutions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of application specialists.
• Drive implementation of business and operational requirements within PALFINGER release cycles in close collaboration with the Process & Data Organization (PDO).
• Continuously optimize operational processes, application services, and cross-functional collaboration across business and IT functions.
• Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring effective governance, service quality, and budget compliance.
• Contribute to the strategic development of PALFINGER's SAP Operations landscape by driving innovation, standardization, and process improvements.
