• Oversee production status and manage availability forecasts with suppliers.
• Coordinate transport with forwarders and ensure timely delivery while minimizing costs.
• Coordinate SMS orders via PLM, negotiate bulk prices, and align ex-factory dates for apparel purchasing.
• Support project management: create timelines, track seasonal orders, and coordinate supplier updates.
