Sunrise is seeking an experienced operations professional to become the operational backbone of our fulfillment organization. You ensure stable day-to-day operations, manage incidents, and drive improvements across internal logistics processes in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Fluent in German and English, a degree in logistics, and hands-on SAP/ERP experience help you coordinate with internal teams and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in operations management, incident management, or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and service management, including SAP/ERP systems.

• Experience driving process optimization and automation initiatives, including process design and workflow optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
